Senior Recruiter

Gretchen is a Senior Recruiter at SEARCH Group Partners (SGP). She first got into the recruiting industry in 2018 where she worked to help exiting and former military members, as well as industry experienced civilians, find new career opportunities in the technical industry. Gretchen has found immense pride in working as a Senior Recruiter and loves helping candidates learn about potential opportunities to advance in their careers.

Before getting into the recruiting industry, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Florida. Immediately after graduation, Gretchen began working for Acosta Sales and Marketing as a Data Analyst working to create marketing reports and analyses for a variety of companies including Campbell’s, Coca-Cola, Tyson, Hostess, and Conagra.

“I love hearing the excitement in a candidate’s voice when I am able to present them with an offer with a great company. I also love working with a team that has so much passion in what they do and offers so much support to me in my career. I spend my workdays searching for qualified candidates and work to connect with them and discover what they are looking for in their career and help them get to an offer stage with a great company.” Gretchen said.

When she isn’t working, Gretchen loves to volunteer at animal rescue organizations in her local area, including B.E.A.K.S and No More Homeless Pets. Gretchen was born in Jacksonville, Florida and continues to live there with her husband and their cat. She enjoys going to the pool or the beach and frequenting the Orlando area theme parks.
