Kim has spent more than 20 years contributing to the successes of various companies through her expertise in Human Resources. She is a hands-on problem solver dedicated to understanding an organization’s business needs and then partnering to delivering on its goals. Kim is skilled in identifying and hiring talented personnel and has successfully hired everything from entry-level associates to C-Level Executives. She has considerable expertise in the high-tech, telecommunications, nutraceutical, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.
Kim’s career started as an HR Assistant for a local manufacturing company. This was her first introduction to recruiting talent. From there she moved onto HR Manager role and has progressed in her career to become head of the HR department for several Fortune 500 companies locally and nationally. Throughout her career she has been able to hone in her recruiting skills, mastering the art of identifying the right talent the first time. Key to her success is her ability to understand a companies’ culture quickly, identify key competencies for a position, then find the right talent to compliment what is already there.

Kim earned her MBA from University of Phoenix and Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management from Weber State University. She holds certifications in Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Six Sigma Greenbelt.
