She was first exposed to recruiting when she worked for the Six Flags Corporation and was part of the massive biannual on-boarding fairs. As a recruiter, she feels her strength lies in her ability to build relationships. “To be successful in this industry, you have to be able to build relationships with candidates and clients alike that make both parties feel comfortable and keep people coming back.”
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California Lutheran University and plans to attend graduate school in 2016. She has been a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation for the past five years. She’s an avid sports fan, loves to hike and spends as much time with friends and family as she can. Her mantra is “Life is simple, be a good human!”
