She draws on her 20 years of professional experience across industries including healthcare, technology, retail, and hospitality as a base for her achievements in human resources.
She realizes the importance of understanding both the client’s long-term goals as well as their immediate needs in order to find the perfect candidate. Molly strives to develop strong relationships in order to contribute to the success of the client as well as the candidate.

Molly holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas at Austin. When she is away from the office, she enjoys outdoor recreation in the mountains and on the water. Molly has spent a great deal of time sailing and exploring the western North Atlantic and the South Pacific. She enjoys a difficult challenge and is engaged by continuing education.
