Ema Ostarcevic recognized as “Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year”
SALT LAKE CITY, UT–– Ema Ostarcevic, CEO of SEARCH Group Partners was named a Finalist in the “Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year” category in the 11th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, November 14. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the U.S.A and several other countries are expected to attend. The event will be broadcast live on radio in the U.S.A. (and simulcast worldwide) by Biz Talk Radio and taped for a later television broadcast.
More than 1,200 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Communications Campaign of the Year.

An entrepreneur from the start, Ostarcevic graduated high school when she was 15 years old, started early college and quickly excelling through various professional ranks– ultimately launching SEARCH Group Partners, a premier recruiting firm. Ostarcevic has created a progressive company culture, emphasizing empowerment and work life balance for staff, the majority being women. SGP has been recognized throughout the U.S. for their success, including Inavero’s Best of Staffing® 2014 Client Satisfaction Award.
Prior to SEARCH Group Partners, Ostarcevic was a managing director within Robert Half International’s executive retained search division based in New York City, specializing in senior level and C-suite projects in the U.S. and abroad. Ostarcevic was also a Regional Sales Manager at Select Staffing, responsible for generating sales revenue across the U.S.. Recently, Ostarcevic was honored by Utah Business Magazine as one of 2013’s “30 Women to Watch.”
