SEARCH Group Partners Retained to Source a Fundraising Leader for a Utah-based Nonprofit Helping LGBTQ+ Teens Thrive
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – (September 12, 2024) – SEARCH Group Partners (SGP), a leading women-owned executive search and recruitment firm, has been retained by Encircle to source a new Director of Development. SGP’s expertise in nonprofit recruitment and commitment to equitable hiring practices align with Encircle’s mission to provide life-affirming services to LGBTQ+ youth, young adults, and their families across Utah.
The Director of Development will play a pivotal role in expanding Encircle’s capacity to deliver critical services, including therapy, support groups, and community programs that address the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ youth.
